Coconut Grove is an excellent destination for warm weather, attractions, and kid-friendly activities. There are a lot of great restaurants to choose from such as jet skiing, going to the beach, finding a variety of different cuisines to try, and much more. Coral Gables is not too far from Coconut Grove and offers a variety of shops to explore.

Activities
Shopping - There are many shopping areas in Coral Gables that are a short drive away. There are many stores and restaurants to choose from in the area.

Jet Skiing in Miami Bay - A fun experience that a lot of people should try. You can find many vendors that offer jet skiing in different parts of Miami.
Hotel
Hotel Arya - A luxurious hotel that is also an apartment building. It is in walking distantce to a lot of shops and restaurants. The room I got was a suite that had a kitchen and an extra bathroom.
Restaurants
Salt and Straw - A fancy but delicious ice cream shop that offers a variety of flavors, and different cones to choose from. It is a must-visit place if you are staying in Coconut Grove since it is a short walk away.

Bombay Darbar - This Indian Restaurant has some amazing food and short walk away from Coconut Grove.

The Gramercy (Closed)- A modern restaurant with unique designs. The food was great, but a bit pricey for some items. This restaurant closed down when I was trying to find it online. I love eating salmon, so I was shocked at how small it was when I ordered it.
